Talent level of pitchers is God given, but even the least talented pitcher can win, if he learns to use his stuff in the right situations. Pitchers must be willing to serve an apprenticeship for both their own good and the good of the team. By setting goals to improve on - fielding, holding runners, and throwing to the bases along with these three principles makes the pitcher a "Team Player."
