414 POST GAME WARM-DOWN
1. Play easy catch for about 25 tosses at approx 30-35 feet.
2. Jog slowly around the diamond.
3. Run fast around the diamond.
4. Post Game Stretches:
Ankle rotations
Foot Under (hamstring stretch)
Standing hamstring and lower back stretch
Calf and archilles stretch
Groin stretch
Back twist
Reach back with both arms stretch
Upper back
Arm across the body stretch
Hanging stretch
Throwing stretch
