(1) Discounts and special offers are subject to the items and terms specified in the merchants' section.? Sportpass must be shown before the bill is totaled.

(2) Sportpass is non-transferable and may be used only by the registered name.

(3) Lost or stolen cards must be reported. (Replacement cost $15.00)

(4) Merchants reserve the right to change or alter their offer without notice.? All changes will be posted on the website.?

(5) No refunds on sales of Sportpass - all sales final.

(6) Valid only for the dates shown on the card.
