OVER-HAND
The delivery is the same as 3/4 with the
exception of the elbow, which is  higher up
in the deceleration stage from the 3/4 delivery.

SIDE-ARM
Same as the 3/4 with the arm extended straight out from the side of the body,
when the release point is reached.
