Umpires

Congratulations to the 49 who attended Junior & Senior Development Umpire Clinics this spring. Thanks go to Nikki Ross, John Ward, and Chris Norton for designing the Softball Umpire Clinic.

We are proud of our 39 new umpires, most of whom are from our own Rep and House League teams. Way to go girls! We have 76 umpires to cover Softball, T-Ball and Rep and over half of these umpires are only 12 or 13 years of age. So coaches and parents, please go easy on them, as they are "umpires in training."

Congratulations to all who participated in the Umpire Training Clinics in March. Thanks go to Nikki Ross, John Ward, Chris Norton and Ron Hesketh for designing the Softball Umpire Clinic and to all the others for assisting in running the clinics. We are proud that 21 of our umpires for Girls Softball and T-Ball will be girls from our own Rep and House League teams. Way to go Girls!
